At UMDS we confine access to confidential personal information about you to those persons who need such information to provide products or services to you. How UMDS Uses Data Volunteered

• To send Union Members email notifications of new UMDS features and topic-based news alerts if they have signed up for these announcements.

• To give www.umds.us editors information that is useful for developing new features and services that meet Union Member's needs.

• To improve the content and navigation on the UMDS website.

• To alert you about new products, services and special promotions.

• UMDS, Inc. will never divulge proprietary information of any affiliated sponsor partner's results. Any and all information provided will be offered at the sole discretion of the participating sponsor.

  Decide on 'Out' You can alert us that you don't want to be given information on new products, services and special promotions by opting out at the point in time you are asked to enter your personally identifiable information on the www.umds.us website (or as requested by links on that site) or by emailing us at info@umds.us.

  Decide on 'In' The services we provide, including many of the email notifications and the surveys we conduct, are entirely voluntary.  You will only get these services if you opt in, i.e., unless you clearly choose to receive these services.
